Clinic plan questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If the clinic subscribes, nothing changes. If it doesn’t, every patient, saved plan and conversation stays readable and exportable; new calculations, tools and owner invitations pause until an administrator subscribes. Owners keep the plans you’ve shared.
- Do we pay per person?
- No. One subscription covers the clinic workspace and everyone in it, so nobody needs to share a login.
- We have more than one location.
- Each clinic workspace has its own subscription. Team members who work at several clinics choose which one they’re working in.
- If we subscribe during the trial, do we lose the free days?
- No. The first charge is on the day the trial would have ended.
- How do we cancel?
- An administrator opens Clinic → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- Can we subscribe in the Android app?
- The app shows the clinic’s plan; subscribing happens on thescoopsapp.com in a browser.
How Scoops is paid for
Clinic subscriptions pay for Scoops. Over-the-counter food records also link to retailers such as Chewy and Amazon, and some of those links earn Scoops a commission when someone buys. Three rules keep that honest:
- Verdicts, search results and the order foods appear in are worked out without the links, and never change because of them.
- Prescription diets have no retailer links. They go through your veterinary clinic.
- Every retailer link says so beside it.
