I forgot my password.: Reset it here. The link goes to the email address on your account.
Do I need an account?: Not to calculate portions or look up foods. You need a free account to save a plan, keep pets and records, or connect with a clinic.
Can I use Scoops on more than one device?: Yes. Sign in on your phone, tablet or computer; your pets, plans and records sync.
How do I change units?: Settings → Measurements: kg or lb, cups or grams, and your treat allowance.

How do I add another pet?: On Home, open the pet switcher and choose Add a pet. Each pet keeps their own food, plan and records.
Where is the plan I saved?: On Home, under the pet. You can open the saved feeding guide, download it as a PDF, or share it.
My pet’s food isn’t in the library.: Enter the calorie statement from the bag in the calculator, and tell us the product so it can be added.
The food information looks wrong.: Check the current package first — recipes change. Then report it with the product name.

My clinic sent me an invitation.: Open the link in the email. It asks you to create a pet owner login (or sign in) and confirm the pet is yours, then opens the care plan.
How do I ask my clinic about a plan?: Open the saved plan and choose to send it to your clinic for review. Their reply stays with the plan.
Does my clinic see my records?: Only what you connect or share with them. Personal records stay with your account.
How does a clinic get started?: Create a clinic account, set up the practice, and invite the team. The first 30 days are free — see pricing.
How do we manage our clinic subscription?: An administrator opens Clinic → Plan & billing to subscribe, update the card, or cancel.

iPhone or iPad: In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android: Get it from Google Play when it’s listed on Get Scoops, or in Chrome open the menu and choose Install app.
Computer: In Chrome or Edge, choose Install from the address bar or menu. In Safari on a Mac, choose File → Add to Dock.
Updates: The installed app updates itself.

Export my records: Settings → Privacy and data → Export data downloads your pets, plans, trials and weight programs.
Clear this device: Settings → Privacy and data → Clear local storage removes what’s stored on this device without touching your account.
Delete my account: See Delete your account.
