Delete your Scoops account.
You can delete your account and its data at any time.
From the app
- Sign in to Scoops on the web, Android or iPhone.
- Open Settings, then Privacy and data.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Want a copy first? Choose Export data on the same screen.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, your profile, and the pets, feeding plans, care records, recipes and messages that belong to your account. A clinic workspace that only you belong to is deleted with it, and an active clinic subscription is cancelled.
What a clinic keeps
Records a clinic holds about its patients stay with that clinic, without your account attached. The clinic is responsible for them.
If you can’t sign in
Send a deletion request from the email address on your account. Scoops confirms the request with that address and deletes the account within 30 days.
